Tips to Detox at HOME in Spring

In our blog, we explained that Spring is the ideal time to Detox, or, in other words, Cleanse body, mind, and soul. Here are some amazing tips that will help you detoxify at home.

Tip No. 1:

Warm water and lemon will brighten your day.

You can also use flaxseeds that have been soaked overnight for better results.

Tip 2

Dry Skin Brushing

Brush your skin upwards from the toes to the head before showering. Brush gently in small circular motions. You will be able to have smooth blood circulation throughout your body.

Tip 3

Simplify your diet

Some basic DON’Ts:

– no alcohol

No dairy products or milk (e.g., milk, eggs, and cheese)

No caffeine (because it causes your body to produce acid).
